Opus Housing (formerly Opus Estate & Property Management) was founded with a simple but powerful idea: to resonate the ideologies, mission, vision of a registered social landlord. Our founders, Kevin Kalyana, saw a need for third party managing agents to take social responsibility for their role in managing housing properties and their residents, and they were determined to make a difference.
